Yargh! iTunes Sucks!
Posted by Ray @ 5:21 pmSo I plug my iPod into my iBook, because it’s formatted in HFS and not FAT32 and my windows box can’t load new songs into it. But my iBook’s iTunes library has been empty since May, when my hard disk decided to quit on me.
Thing is, I wanted to add a couple of new songs to my iPod. So I plug it in, and-
POOF!
iTunes auto-loads and “updates” my iPod with its playlist. Which is empty. Which means my iPod is now empty.
Heartpain.

juznuts: thanks for the link! it’s not so bad, I have my songs on my windows box. It’s just that they’re not categorized, named, arranged, etc. In any case I’ve already formatted my iPod to FAT32, I figured I might as well.
wer: indeed
