First Woman Yeoman Warder

For the first time in over 5 centuries, a woman has been appointed as a Yeoman Warder… and all the mass media can say is:

“FIRST FEMALE BEEFEATER!”

“First Female Beefeater!!”

“FIRST female BEEFeater!”

“First FEMALE BeefEATER!”

“First Female BeefEATer!!”

and then run off and snigger like little schoolboys as they carve boobies into their desks at work.

(For the uninitiated, the Yeoman Warders are the ceremonial guardians of the Tower of London, and they’re known as Beefeaters because they used to be paid in beef, a premium at the time.)
